This policy outlines the tiers of directory listings, associated benefits, and the terms governing each level.

  • Facilitate Networking: Encourage collaboration and partnerships through structured listings and organized events.
  • Promote Engagement: Offer various promotional opportunities to maximize member engagement and reach within the GHRC ecosystem.

3. Directory Listing Tiers

PMHRC offers three distinct tiers of directory listings: Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier is designed to cater to varying levels of visibility and promotional needs.

3.1 Silver Listing

  • Annual Fee: ₹10,000 per annum
  • Benefits:
    • Basic Listing: Company name, logo, brief description, and contact information displayed in the PMHRC directory.
    • Access to PMHRC Events: Eligibility to participate in PMHRC-organized events and webinars.
    • Weekly Newsletter Feature: Inclusion in the PMHRC weekly & Monthly newsletter (logo)
  • Promotional Support:
    • One Promotion per Quarter: Feature in one promotional campaign every quarter through PMHRC’s social media channels.

3.2 Gold Listing

  • Annual Fee: ₹30,000 per annum
  • Benefits:
    • Enhanced Listing: Prominent placement within the directory, including company name, logo, detailed description, contact information, and website link.
    • Priority Event Participation: Priority access to PMHRC events, including speaking opportunities at select conferences.
    • Weekly Newsletter Feature: Inclusion in the PMHRC weekly newsletter (logo)
  • Promotional Support:
    • One Promotion per Month: Featured in one promotional campaign each month via PMHRC’s social media and email marketing.
    • Webinar Participation: Opportunity to host one webinar annually, in collaboration with PMHRC, to showcase expertise and engage with the community.

3.3 Platinum Listing

  • Annual Fee: ₹70,000 per annum
  • Benefits:
    • Prime Directory Placement: Guaranteed top placement on the Front Page of the PMHRC directory, ensuring maximum visibility.
    • Exclusive Event Opportunities:
      • One Annual Joint Conference: Co-host an annual joint conference with PMHRC, providing a platform for extensive networking and knowledge sharing.
      • Quarterly Webinars: Host one webinar every quarter, positioning the company as a thought leader in the global health sector.
    • Comprehensive Newsletter Feature: Prominent feature in weekly newsletters with in-depth company profiles and success stories monthly
  • Promotional Support:
    • Three Promotions per Month: Featured in three promotional campaigns each month across all PMHRC communication channels, including social media, email newsletters, Print Magazine and the PMHRC website.
    • Dedicated Marketing Support: Access to PMHRC’s marketing team for tailored promotional strategies and campaigns.

4. Terms and Conditions

  • Payment Terms: Annual fees are payable at the beginning of each listing term. Renewal notices will be sent 60 days prior to the expiration of the current term.
  • Listing Maintenance: Companies must provide accurate and up-to-date information. PMHRC reserves the right to remove or update listings as necessary.
  • Promotion Scheduling: Promotional activities are subject to PMHRC’s scheduling and resource availability. Requests for specific promotional dates must be submitted at least 30 days in advance.
  • Event Participation: Participation in events and webinars is subject to approval by the PMHRC events committee. Companies must adhere to event guidelines and standards.

5. Application Process

Interested companies can apply for directory listings by completing the following steps:

  1. Submission of Application: Fill out the PMHRC Directory Listing application form available on the PMHRC website.
  2. Payment of Fees: Submit the annual fee corresponding to the desired listing tier via the PMHRC secure payment portal.
  3. Provision of Information: Provide necessary company details, including logo, description, contact information, and any additional materials required for enhanced listings.
  4. Confirmation: PMHRC will review the application and confirm the listing within 5 business days.
